It is assured that all complaints/suggestions/concerns will be duly acknowledged and action will be taken . Any complaint/comment/suggestion will be looked into within seven days of the receipt of the same. It is advised to first make any minor complaints to the Class teacher concerned and if no remedy is available, complaint be made to the principal directly. Necessary action will be taken as per laid down rules.
